Food was absolutely delish and server guy was very nice and had some bomb customer service

This was an impromptu visit with a group of great people! They were able to accommodate 10 of us just like that. The service and the food were really great.

I take my pals out to lunch or breakfast here. Good service and food.

Went here for brunch on a Friday and were seated promptly. After ordering, we waited... and waited... and waited... Finally the waitress came to say that the kitchen "had a problem" with the the order (which was a very simple order). She then served a whole table in our section who had arrived about 10 minutes after we arrived. No apology from the manager. No discount. ... the waitress did offer free coffee or orange juice, neither of which we wanted in the first place.

Wonderful experience. Food and service was awesome. Friendly people. Anthony our server was outstanding.

Came here for the free grand slam breakfast for your birthday. The manager was nice enough to give us the discount even through the website never sent the confirmation email and we showed her the login. Tasty and fast and we appreciate the helpful service.

It's always good to know a place that you can go to eat at late night, food ok but service is what I think they need to put more attention.

Nice place to eat comfort food and have nice conversation. For a Friday night it was quiet. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Food not quite what I expect from Denny's. Sat the food takeout bag on the spare bed and placed a area in surrup from the bottom of the bag, not my order, in a pattern.

Food was good but it took almost an hour to get our ticket..

What stood out the most at this Denny's location was the excellent staff dynamic and sunny attitudes, definitely helps with the experience; but the food was also great, cooked exactly as ordered even when I threw them a curveball with over-medium eggs on a skillet, well done and I will visit again while in ABQ!

Standard Denny's food. Pretty good. The service was really great considering there were 8 of us with like 4 different checks. Would highly recommend. :)

Great staff and food had been upgraded a ton. Try the Mediterranean chicken. That's my choice when I done. Also amazing burgers that will blow away your expectations for Denny's. New and Improved with decently fair prices.

I went in on July 7 around 12:00, and they had terrific customer service. The waitress gave me a recommendation about the menu, she filled our drinks regularly, and brought me sugar for my sweet tea without me asking for it! I loved the service and the food today!

I really like Denny, I forget what I had, but the food is always hot right off the grill, the coffee is hot and good. It's kind of reminds me of the old style dinner, which I still prefer over any other type of dinning. The food is always filling and I don't feel rushed especially at certain times of the day. The waitress are average people, some old, some young, some fat, some skinny, some male, some black (depends on the area), etc.Compared to others places where I have to stomach looking at some young skinny white girls. Not that I have a problem with this particular group. But when I spend my money, I want it to be in a business that hire base on skill.

Faster than the previous location I went to and great service as well. Had turkey with stuffing holiday promotion and was good. Plenty of parking for cars. There are side streets for semis to park east of building. I recommend

Completely different treatment than the last time i went to rhis very same location...

Dennys seems to always have customer service issues. After so much technology upgrades you'd think they could hire more cooks to cook food faster. Expect disappointment every time you go and rude customers basically yelling out how hungry they are. This is why we avoid breakfast places. Too slow. Our food wasn't even warm.

I did a grubhub order there were only two staff members and a manager waitress was busy with phone orders. Got tge order fir my customer they were very prompt

It was your typical Denny's. Pretty decent breakfast food and average service. I had the Super Grand Slam and it was well worth the $5.99 price tag. Two people had nice sized breakfasts and beverages for around $22.00. I call that pretty good value!!

The gal that has been here almost 18 years is the happiest person. Makes me happy to see her.

The place was jam packed, but our server Judy did an amazing job of taking good care of us. The food was delicious as always...!

We were taken out by my mother in law & It was Fantastic! The restaurant was nice clean & real mellow , the wait staff was very friendly & on point with drinks , food, ticket ,constantly checking on us & our needs😊 our meal was brought out speedy & very good like home cooked! Was a Great experience, one I'm sure we will take agian!

Denny's is always open, they serve comfort food, and their menu is basic and consistent. They are very affordable, someone could go in with around 5 bucks and get a decent breakfast. I usually order chicken fried steak and eggs, or an omelette. The cooks there know what they're doing when it comes to eggs . At least in my experience. Definitely a go to for late night food.

Denny's has always been known as a warm, cozy place to come to.The server's are polite and very professional with a nice sense of humor. The food is ready when you are. The menu is really pretty to look at and has so many excellent meals.I have traveled a lot of States of America and I always eat at Denny's.I always feel welcomed.

So disappointed with our food this time around. I usually have no issues even with such a big order but this was too much not to make known. Most of the order was correct. Two of the dishes had the wrong kind of eggs and I ordered and paid for blueberry pancakes upgrade which we did not get. My husband ordered the upgraded onion rings, we didnt get that either nor did we get refunded the difference. Also, my son ordered a moons and hammy omelet and got scrambled eggs with pieces of diced up ham tossed in with it. I get that we re dealing with issues these days but its no excuse to charge me all the upcharges and not honor them. Its not right to charge me full price for half the order. Y'all have lost my business for sure.

Probably the worst Denny’s I’ve been to. The service wasn’t bad but the food wasn’t up to par. I ordered the special which was a grand slam for $4.99 so you couldn’t be the price but you get what you pay for. The bacon was extremely thin, the sausage was not good and the eggs weren’t cooked to my standards. They originally forgot my cheese so they just sprinkled some on top. I will not be going to another Denny’s in Albuquerque.

I have to say one of the best burgers hands down compared to other places that boast about having the best burger in town.

I did an order that they could have done curbside i didnt get that option. The woman that served me was rude about me not having a mask. She was wearing one so she was protected but let me know my business was not important. Thanks Denny's. I think i should have a choice. I also may have a reason i cannot wear one. I shouldn't have to explain it. I know in other states it has came up and been decided they cannot force a customer to wear a mask. But they can make employees. Funny i have been coming to this dennys for the past month no problem . But ok thanks for valuing my hard earned money. I will be sure to let people i know about what sh**y customer service you have.

Requested curbside pickup, they never picked up the phone. I had to go into the diner and then they would not help take out the food.

Love my favorite Denny's .. Great cup of coffee always friendly .. With this new Virus Denny's has taken every possible precaution to ensure we have a pleasant visit ..I see employees sanitizing and happily keeping Denny's clean ..
